I&#39;ve completed the first part of my preparations without injury problems. My speed is good and I&#39;m doing lots of volume for strength.

People come to the theatre to be excited and uplifted - I want to inspire my audience.

I could play it safe by recording songs that are familiar, but am I expanding myself as an artist by doing covers? It&#39;s a catch-22. It&#39;s called show business: The word &#39;business&#39; is in it, and you&#39;ve got to be a businessman. But then again, you have to be true to yourself as an artist.

I&#39;m going to be true to what I want to do, because if I care what people think about me, I&#39;m a puppet. Which I have been in my life. And you can&#39;t live life that way, man!
