This is the middle.  Things have had time to get complicated,  messy, really. Nothing is simple anymore...  This is the thick of things. So much is crowded into the middle— ...too much to name, too much to think about.

The Time we Lose in Life can not be restored but the time we still have can be used in a Right way and try and make a Better Future ahead of us.

The similarity between space and time is limpid enough that we routinely use space to represent time in calendars, hourglasses, and other time-keeping devices. And the cognitive similarity also shows up in everyday metaphors where spatial terms are borrowed to refer to time.
