In my professional work with the Agency, by the late &#39;70s, I had come to question the value of a great deal of what we were doing, in terms of the intelligence agency&#39;s impact on American policy.

The word desire suggests that there is something we do not have. If we have everything already, then there can be no desire, for there is nothing left to want. I think that what the Buddha may have been trying to tell us is that we have it all, each of us, all the time; therefore, desire is simply unnecessary.

Congress has a deep, vested interest in its own inefficiency.

Don't worry for  the  people who  has left, be proud for  the  good work  they  have left.
