Rice preparation: Heat olive oil, add rice to it and stir it slightly. Adding: water and salt and leaving the rice on a high temperature until the boiling point is reached. Reduce the temperature, cover the pot and leave it until it is completely cooked. Accuracy preparation: Put all of: olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, hot pepper and salt in the food processor and run the blender until a smooth mixture is obtained, and leave it aside. Breaking a quantity of toasted bread in the serving dish, placing it in the plate, then distributing some flour on it, and then hot broth in order for the bread to absorb well. Distribute the rice on the bread, then stack the chicken pieces, then distribute the flour. Distribute the yogurt to the fatteh, then decorate it with pieces of toast.
