Film is a lark to me - thank God I don&#39;t have to make a living from it.

I remember the whole beginning as a succession of flights and drops, a little seesaw of the right throbs and wrong.

To say that it is without pace, point, focus, interest, drama, wit or originality is to say simply that it does not happen to be my cup of tea.

It&#39;s almost like you see too much, because when it happens for real, everything flies at you so fast, you never get a sense of the ice and where everyone is at that one moment.
