Why talk about how good they were, or they were such nice person,and wanting to dedicate a plaque,or commemorate them,
Hello,they can't hear you,and can't accept anything, 
We all don't know how long we have on this earth, 
Cherish and appreciate them while they're still alive, give them that plaque, commemorate them while they're still alive.
