She said a prayer as we sat at table waiting for the meal and in there,within her petition to God asked Him to help those that were always mad at the world,too sad everyday to get up,always giving up.Then she opened her sgay eyes and stared into my dull lifeless ones in the minute after that,a pause that seemed to last forever.

They fell into a silence. They looked at one another, amazed. This thing they had never really believed in was coming true.
